The unit
What counts as a sermon
- One sermon-equivalent
- One sermon, measured on the audio you send. An unusually long recording counts as more than one, and the Upload page tells you how many before you send it. It’s charged when the transcription finishes, not when you upload.
- Your monthly allowance
- 15, 30, or 60 sermon-equivalents a month by plan, resetting each month on the day your subscription began, so your first month is a whole month. Past the allowance, uploads pause until it resets, unless you buy prepaid sermons or turn on extra sermons. Extra sermons bill at your plan’s rate up to a monthly limit you set.
- Backfill credits
- A separate, one-time pool for the archive you already have. Your plan grants 25, 200, or 1,000, one credit per imported sermon-equivalent. More come in packs of 50, 100, or 500, at $1.00, $0.75, or $0.50 each by plan. An import spends credits and never touches the month’s allowance.
- If a recording fails
- If we can’t finish a recording after retrying, the sermon-equivalent is credited back automatically. It isn’t a support request.
The table
Each plan, line by line
Every plan runs the same pipeline on every recording. The plan changes how many sermons a month it covers, how much of your existing archive it brings over, how hard your own website may call the API, and how your library and your PDF are branded.
| What you get | Library, $59 | Platform, $149 | Pro, $299 |
|---|---|---|---|

| Prepaid sermons In packs of 10, 25, or 50. Used after the month's sermons and before any extra is billed, and they never expire. | $5 each | $4 each | $3 each |
| Backfill credits included A separate one-time pool for the archive you already have. Imports spend credits and never touch the monthly allowance. | 25 | 200 | 1,000 |
| Extra backfill credits Sold in packs of 50, 100, or 500 on every plan. | $1.00 each | $0.75 each | $0.50 each |

Leaving
Your archive is yours, including on the way out
One button in your dashboard, or one call to the API, produces a single file with your whole archive in it: every transcript, every PDF, the original transcription data exactly as it arrived, your series, tags, speakers and settings, and the audio too if you ask for it. It’s an ordinary gzipped tar, which your computer already opens.
We keep the archive for seven days and mint a fresh one-hour download link each time you ask, so no permanent link to your whole archive ever exists. Take a copy whenever you like, and take one before you cancel.
